NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for you to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [7th March 2025]These terms of service applies to both me, the artist, and you, the client. By ordering an artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:GENERAL
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any personal reason.I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any personal reason. refunds will only be given if I cancel the order, otherwise there will be no refunds. I do not do refunds once I start working on the piece.Unless the commission is private or requested otherwise, I reserve the right to post WIPs on my socials ( just blue sky, at the moment )You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.I will not continue on commissions without approval on a WIP (sketch), there are 3 changes the client can make for free in the sketch phase, but for more than that there'll be an additional fee of 5$ for each change made afterwards.WIPs will be regularly given via selected method of communication. DM ( BLUESKY ) direct messages communication is preferred but not necessary, I can also send updates through email.Appropriate notifications will be sent if there is a delay in the commission process.If there are changes needed, the time frame for the commission will expand, depending on the complexity of the changes needed. Changes made to the sketch can take between 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on complexity of change and personal schedule.PAYMENTS
Payments will be made through PayPal via invoices (USD)PayPal fees will be calculated into the final price the client has to pay.I do not do refunds, unless I’m the one canceling the commission after the payment was made. If any problems occur, please just talk to me.The payments will be upfront. I will start working once the commission was paid. IF it’s a bigger commission we can do split payments.For customized payment plans, that are available for commissions over 150$, please ask me before.I can accept holds – for pre made adoptables – only for 5 days.Payment plans are available for some adopts too, if the adoptable is over 100$, and with a down payment. Adoptables are non-refundable.WAITING TIME.
A work week is from monday – friday. I do not count weekends as work days when I say how much time it takes me to finish a piece.It takes me , usually, between 2 – 12 weeks for a finished piece, depending on complexity and my personal schedule. More details are always going to be discussed with the client through the preferred method of communication ( e-mails or direct messages ) ; if there is any delay I will always reach out.If more than 3 weeks passed, since I accepted the commission without me giving an update – although, that would not happen, feel free to reach out and ask me about it, otherwise I ask you not to inquire, as I do my best to work on everything within the time frame specified, getting asked about my progress usually has a negative effect that only stresses me out. Please be patient!Working time can range from 2+ weeks to 12 weeks, depending on the queue.I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, but don't ask me for updates please; I will be the one who contacts you first.USAGE.
All commissions are for personal use only. You can ask me for a commercial fee, although I tend not to do that.The commissioned artwork is NOT allowed to be utilized for any generative A.I software or NFT purposes.Do not remove my watermark from the piece and when uploaded to other sites credit me properly at least once.I reserve the right to upload any artwork on my own social media, including external portofolio sites, exception makes it when the client specifically requests me not to ( for this, there’s an additional fee to be paid )ADOPTABLES.
There are three types of adops (so far) these terms apply for all.Pre made adoptables ( adoptables that I’ve already made and that have a design, they’re different from the customized adoptables )Outfit Adoptables ( usually can come together with customizable adopts or you’d just want an outfit from me for a character you already have)Customizable Adoptables ( you commission me for an adopt based on a drink / color palette / mood board, etc )I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer due to any personal reason I see fitYou may not edit my original art and must credit my art when posted elsewhere.No commercial use is allowed.Payment must be sent with 24 hours of confirming sale. Payment plans must be discussed beforehand.If you’d want any changes to the adopt / design, ask me before. There’ll be an extra fee to be paid, depending on the complexity of the change needed. Adjustments can take between 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on complexity of change and personal schedule.Adoptable pieces are nonrefundable.Co-ownership of designs is allowed, but any agreement must be made by clients. I have no input on co-owning agreements.You're fully welcome to gift, trade or resell, but please keep me informed.You may only resell designs for the price you put toward the design (i.e. original price, commissions, and/or trade value).Do not claim as your own.OPTIONAL : you can tag me if you ever draw the character or end up getting commissions with the character - I would love to see it !OUTFIT ADOPTABLES.If you end up buying an outfit from me, first of all thank you – and second of all, you must credit me at least once for it.Do not claim as your own.CUSTOMIZABLE ADOPTABLES.I will work on this as I’d do on any normal commission.I will give you updates and keep you informed with the process. You can make as many changes to the character, as needed until you have the character you want.Any change made increases the time frame for the commission, depending on the complexity and my personal schedule.

ADDITIONAL FEES
- paypal fees will be included in the final price
- extra character + 100% of the standard character price
NO POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA FEE. 30$+ fee if the client does not want me to post the commission on my social media
EXTRAS. accessories, clothes, weapons , complicated tattoos, complex designs, etc start from 5$ each
SIMPLE BACKGROUND. 25$+
EXTRA CHANGES. All commissions is allowed up to 3 changes; after that, there will be a 5$ fee per fix.
RUSHED FEE. If you have a tight deadline and you want to prioritize your piece there's a fee > rushed fee = x2 the total commission price
CANVAS SIZE Canvas size larger than 4000px is 10$
